한편 이번 제재에 따라 이들 회사의 미국 내 자산이 동결됐으며, 미국인이나 기업과의 거래도 금지됐습니다.

An Iranian state-owned shipping company has denied U.S. accusations that it supported Iran's nuclear and missile programs and says U.S. sanctions against it will be ineffective.
The Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) says it has no interaction with American companies and no assets in the United States.
On Wednesday, the United States imposed sanctions on the Iranian carrier and 18 affiliates for allegedly providing logistical support to Iran's Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, and falsifying documents to cover up their activities.
The designation means their assets under U.S. jurisdiction will be frozen. Americans also are prohibited from doing business with them.
U.S. officials say they hope the sanctions will deter insurance companies from dealing with the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines.
