바그다드 남부의 시아파 거주지역인 힐라의 정부 청사 부근에서 자살차량폭탄 공격으로 8명이 사망했습니다.

A suicide bomber has killed 12 people, including at least four Sunni tribal leaders, at a busy Baghdad hotel -- one in a series of deadly bombings today (Monday) in Iraq.
The tribal leaders were killed as they held an informal meeting at the Mansour Hotel in central Baghdad. They were associated with an alliance that is fighting al-Qaida.
The hotel has layers of security and is used by Western news organizations. It also houses the Chinese Embassy.
Witnesses say the bomber entered the lobby of the hotel and detonated an explosives belt
In other attacks today, a suicide bomber driving a fuel tanker killed at least 15 people at a police station in the northern city of Baiji.
Eight people were killed when a suicide car bomber attacked near the governor's offices in Hillah, a predominantly Shi'ite city, south of Baghdad.
In the northern city of Mosul, a car bomb blast killed at least one person.
Also today (Monday), the U.S. military said a U.S. soldier was killed in a smalls arms fire attack in Baghdad, while another soldier died of wounds sustained Saturday in the Iraqi capital.
