The Israeli military has carried out more air strikes on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip amid continuing rocket attacks on Israel.
Palestinian medics say at least four people were killed and several others wounded in one Israeli air strike east of Gaza City early today (Friday).
Witnesses say three of the dead were Hamas militants.
Hamas militants also fired rockets at southern Israel today, causing some injuries but no deaths.
On Thursday, at least six Palestinians were killed in Israeli air strikes. Israeli tanks also crossed into Gaza.
Meanwhile, Palestinian factional fighting between Hamas Fatah in the Gaza Strip continued for a sixth day (today / Friday).
