이란의 마흐무드 아흐마디네자드 대통령은 이란 핵 계획에 관한 서방국들간의 대치상태를 해결하기위해 ‘새로운 조건’에 대한 준비가 돼있다고 말했습니다.
아흐마디네자드 대통령은 14일, 세네갈의 다카르에서 기자들에게 이같이 말했으나 새로운 조건에 관해 자세한 설명은 하지않았습니다. 그러나 아흐마디네자드 대통령은 이란이 문제해결을 위해 대화를 모색하고있다고 말했습니다.
아흐마디네자드 대통령은 또한 유엔이 이란에 대해 제재조치를 취하지않을 것으로 생각한다며 그 이유는 이란에 제재조치를 가할 이유가 없기 때문이라고 말했습니다.
한편 중국의 원자바오 총리는 협상을 통해 이란 핵 문제를 해결되야한다며 제재조치에 대한 반대의사를 거듭 표명했습니다.

Iran's president says his country is open to what he calls "new conditions" to resolve the standoff with the West over Iran's nuclear program.
Speaking to reporters in Senegal today (Thursday), Mahmoud Ahmadinejad did not provide details of the conditions. But he said Iran is seeking dialogue to resolve the issue.
He expressed doubt that the United Nations will agree to sanctions because there is, in his words, no reason for them.
Meanwhile, China's Premier Wen Jiabao again expressed opposition to sanctions. He said the nuclear issue should be resolved through negotiations.
In Beijing, a foreign ministry spokesman called on Iran to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency to settle the dispute peacefully.
U.S. officials say Iran should face sanctions now, because it ignored an August 31st deadline from the U.N. Security Council to suspend uranium enrichment.
