러시아는 이란에 대한 국제적인 제재 조치가 이란의 핵문제를 해결하기 위한 최상의 방안인 것으로 믿지 않는다고 세르게이 라브로프 러시아 외무 장관이 말했습니다.
라브로프 장관은 17일 모스크바에서 가진 기자 회견을 통해 제재 조치가 국제적인 문제들을 해결하기 위한 최상의 또는 유일한 방안은 아니라고 말했습니다.
앞서 16일 영국 외무부는 독일과 프랑스, 영국이 국제원자력 기구, IAEA에게 오는 2월 2일에 이란에 대한 제재 조치 가능성을 논의하기 위한 긴급 이사회를 열 것을 촉구했다고 밝혔습니다.
러시아와 중국은 이란이 우라늄 농축 활동을 재개한 뒤를 이어 미국과 유럽 연합으로부터 이란 핵문제를 유엔안전보장 이사회에 회부시키기 위한 움직임에 동의하라는 압력을 받고 있습니다.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the Kremlin does not believe international sanctions are the best way to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue.
Speaking at a news conference in Moscow today (Tuesday), Lavrov said sanctions are not the best or the only way to solve international problems.
Monday, the British Foreign Office said Germany, France and Britain plan to call for an emergency board meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency on February second to discuss possible actions against Iran.
Russia and China are under pressure from the United States and the European Union to support a move to refer Iran to the United Nations Security Council, following Tehran's moves to restart its uranium enrichment activities.
