Rescue workers in Guatemala have ended their search for survivors of last week's mudslides, pushing the death toll from the disaster to about two-thousand people.
Fourteen-hundred people previously listed as missing are expected to be added to the official death tally, which stood at 652 on Monday.
Volunteers today (Tuesday) began to sprinkle the hardening mud with chemicals to stop decomposing bodies from spreading disease.
