이란 최고 국가안보 위원회는 이스파한 핵시설 가동재개는 우라늄 농축을 하지 않겠다는 합의를 위반하는 것이 아니라고 말하고 유럽과의 대화 창구는 여전히 열려있다고 밝혔습니다. 미국은 이란이 핵무기를 만들기 위해 노력하고 있다고 주장하고 있으며, 이란은 이를 부인하고 있습니다.

France says Iran could start a major international crisis if it does not reverse its decision to resume sensitive nuclear activities at its Isfahan facility.
Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin told Europe-1 radio today (Tuesday) that Iran will be referred to the U.N. Security Council if it does not abide by its commitment to the European Union to suspend its nuclear activities.
Monday, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mohammed ElBaradei, also urged Iran not restart work at the Isfahan plant, saying that it could jeopardize Iran's negotiations with France, Britain and Germany.
Iran's Supreme National Security Council says its decision to restart work at Isfahan does not violate its agreement to suspend uranium enrichment. It says the door to dialogue with Europe remains open.
The United States contends Iran is trying to build nuclear weapons, a claim Tehran has repeatedly denied.
