일본 기상청은 8일 진도 6.0의 강한 지진이 일본 오키나와섬 남부 해변을 강타했다고 밝혔습니다.
기상청에 따르면 지진은 오키나와 남부 해변의 해수면 아래 50 킬로미터 지점에서 발생했습니다.
기상청은 해일이나 지진파의 위험요인은 더 이상 발견되지 않았다고 덧붙였습니다.
지난달 일본 혼슈 이와테 현에서도 지진이 발생해 11명이 숨지고 최소 220명이 숨진 바 있습니다.
