아프가니스탄 경찰은 27일 카불에서 자살차량 폭탄 테러가 발생해 2명이 사망했다고 밝혔습니다.
경찰에 따르면, 이 날 무장된 미군 주도 연합군 군사 호송 차량 옆에서 발생한 자살 차량 폭탄 테러로 최소 다른 차량 두 대가 파손되고 여러명이 부상했습니다. 폭탄이 터진 곳은 외국인들이 많이 거주하고, 대사관이 모여있는 지역이었습니다.
헤즈베 이슬람 무장단체 대변인은 자신들이 공격을 자행했다고 밝혔습니다.
앞서 아프가니스탄 국회의원들은 26일 최소 77명이 숨진 아프가니스탄 최악의 자살 폭탄 테러에 대한 정부 측 대응에 항의해 파업에 돌입했습니다.
야당 하원의 유누스 카누니 의원은 아프가니스탄 정부가 지난 9월 폭발 사고 수사를 주저한 북부 바글란 당국자들을 임무 정지해 달라는 의회의 요구를 묵살했다고 말했습니다.
Afghan police say a suicide car bomber killed two people in Kabul today (Tuesday) when he blew himself up next to an armored car convoy carrying soldiers from the U.S.-led coalition.
Police say the blast damaged at least two of the vehicles and wounded several people. The bombing was in a part of the city where foreigners live and where embassies are located.
A spokesman for the Hezb-e-Islami militant group claimed responsibility for the attack.
On Monday, Afghan lawmakers staged a mass walkout to protest the government's response to the country's worst suicide attack that killed at least 77 people. Opposition figure and speaker of the lower house of parliament, Yunus Qanuni, said the government ignored parliament's demand for the suspension of officials in the northern province of Baghlan, pending an investigation into the bombing there in September.
