한편 또 다른 태풍인 하기비스는 남중국해를 지나 베트남으로 접근하고 있습니다. 필리핀 남부에서는 하기비스 피해로 이미 13명이 숨졌습니다.
중국 관영통신은 남중국해에서 필리핀 어선이 뒤집히면서 선원 50명이 실종된 상태라고 보도했습니다.

Nearly 200-thousand people are evacuating their homes in the eastern Philippines today (Friday) as a powerful typhoon approaches the region.
Typhoon Mitag (Pronounced Me-Tok) is slowly moving over the northwest Pacific towards the Bicol region, where it is expected to make landfall Saturday. Forecasters say by the time Mitag reaches land, it could have winds over 220 kilometer per hours.
The Philippine government is trying to avoid a repeat of a disaster in Bicol a year ago, when mud flows triggered by Typhoon Durian killed 12-hundred people.
Another typhoon, Hagibis, is moving west over the South China Sea toward Vietnam, after killing 13 people in the central and southern Philippines.
China's state-run news agency reports 50 sailors are missing in the South China Sea after a Philippine fishing boat capsized Thursday. The accident occurred near Zhongye Reef in the Nansha Islands, while the vessel was taking shelter from heavy winds.
