모스타파 푸르-모하마디 이란 내무장관은 중국과 이란이 이란 핵문제를 제재가 아닌 대화를 통해 해결하기로 합의했다고 밝혔습니다.
모스타파 장관은 14일 베이징에서 양제치 중국 외교부장과 회담을 마친 후에 이같이 말했습니다. 푸르-모하마디 장관은 이란에 대한 추가제재는 이란과 국제원자력기구의 협력을 손상시키게 될 것이라고 경고했습니다.
중국 관영 신화통신은 중국 정부가 이란 핵문제의 평화적인 해결을 위한 노력을 계속할 것이라고 한 양제치 중국 외교부장의 말을 인용, 보도했습니다. 양 부장은 이날, 이란이 이란 핵계획에 관한 의혹을 해결하는데 있어서 국제원자력기구와 전면적인 협력을 하기를 중국은 희망한다고 밝혔습니다.

Iran's interior minister says his country and China agree that the dispute over Tehran's nuclear program should be resolved through dialogue, and not through more sanctions.
Mostafa Pur-Mohammadi spoke today (Friday) in Beijing after holding talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi. Pur-Mohammadi warned that new sanctions could harm Iran's cooperation with the United Nations nuclear agency.
The Chinese state-run Xinhua news agency quoted Yang as saying Beijing will continue efforts for a peaceful resolution to the Iranian nuclear issue. He also said China hopes Iran will fully cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency in resolving questions about Tehran's nuclear program.
At the start of Pur-Mohammadi's visit Thursday, China welcomed an agreement between the IAEA and Iran to resolve questions about Tehran's past nuclear activities.
