중국 남서부 지방에서 폭우로 인한 홍수와 산사태로 적어도 36명이 사망했다고, 중국관영 신화통신이 보도했습니다.
신화통신은 충칭시와 쓰촨성, 구이저우성, 그리고 중부의 후베이성에서 사망자가 발생했다고 보도했습니다.
당국자들은 이번 홍수로 29만2천명의 이재민이 발생했다고 말했습니다.
중국에서는 지난 주에서 홍수와 산사태로 120명 이상 사망했습니다.

Chinese state media say heavy rains have triggered floods and landslides in southwest China, killing at least 36 people.
The official Xinhua news agency says the latest deaths occurred in Chongqing municipality as well as in the southwestern provinces of Sichuan and Guizhou and the central province of Hubei.
Officials say the floods have forced 292-thousand people to relocate. Floods and landslides over the last week already have killed more than 120 people.
Flash floods on Monday damaged 16 reservoirs and destroyed nearly four thousand homes. The ministry says floods also caused damage to crops, telecommunications, electricity and water supplies.
Officials say heavy rain is expected to continue this week in many areas already affected, raising the risk of more flooding.
