아프가니스탄에서 탈레반 전투원들이 27일 일련의 공격을 자행해 경찰관 8명이 사망했습니다.
팍티카 지역에서 발생한 도로변 폭탄 공격에서 경찰관 6명이 사망했으며 쿠나르 지역에서 군 차량 행렬이 지나가던 중 또다른 폭탄이 터졌습니다.
이보다 앞서 탈레반 전투원들은 남부 칸다하르 지역에 있는 한 경찰 초소를 공격했으며 이 교전에서 경찰관 2명과 탈레반 무장대원 10명이 사망했습니다.
또다른 사태발전으로 탈레반은 지난 4월 초 프랑스 출신의 동료 2명과 함께 납치됐던 아프간 구호 요원 3명을 석방했습니다.
탈레반 대변인은 이들이 간첩 혐의가 없음이 발견됐고 님로즈 지역내 현지 원로들의 여러 차례에 걸친 요청으로 이들이 석방됐다고 밝혔습니다.

The Taleban carried out a series of attacks in Afghanistan today (Sunday), killing eight Afghan police officers.
A roadside bomb killed six police in Paktika province. Another bomb in Kunar province went off as a convoy of troops passed by.
Earlier, Taleban fighters attacked a police post in southern Kandahar province. Two police officers and 10 militants were killed in the fighting.
In other developments, the Taleban released three Afghan aid workers abducted along with two of their French colleagues in early April.
A Taleban spokesman says the men were let go after they were found not guilty of espionage, and because of numerous requests by local elders in Nimroz.
The Taleban released the two French aid workers unharmed weeks ago.
