조선경 씨는 가족들이 어디 기댈 곳도 없고 희망도 없는 상실감에 빠져 있다고 말했습니다.
조승희는 지난 16일 미국 사상 최악의 총기 난사 사건을 자행한 후 자살했습니다.
한편, 미 전역의 국민들은 희생자 애도의 날로 정해진 20일 각종 추모 행사를 거행했습니다.

The family of Cho Seung-hui, the man who killed 32 people during a shooting rampage at Virginia Tech University, says "he has made the world weep."
In a written statement released late Friday, Sun-Kyung Cho, the gunman's sister, says her family is heartbroken over the tragedy, and apologized to the families of her brother's victims. She says the family never knew he was capable of such actions, which she described as "unspeakable."
Sun-Kyung Cho says her family feels "helpless, hopeless and lost." Her brother, who she referred to by his traditional Korean name of Seung-Hui Cho, killed himself Monday after committing the worst shooting massacre in U.S. history .
Earlier Friday, people across the United States observed a day of mourning for the victims.
