Iran's nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, is meeting with the United Nation's atomic agency chief, Mohamed ElBaradei, ahead of a U.N. deadline for Iran to halt uranium enrichment.
Larijani said on his way into today's (Tuesday's) meeting in Vienna, that Tehran is looking for, in his words, "constructive dialogue" that can address the concerns of both Iran and the U.N.
