러시아의 이타르 타스 통신은 북한은 새로운 6자회담에서 성과를 거두기 위해 러시아 정부와의 협력을 강화할 의도로 있다는, 북한측 6자회담 수석대표 김계관 외무성 부상의 말을 인용했습니다.
러시아를 방문중인 김 부상은 알렉세이 로슈코프 러시아 외무차관과 회담한 뒤 그같이 말했습니다. 북한은 1년 넘게 6자회담을 거부하다가 지난 해 12월 회담에 복귀했습니다.

U.S, Russian, Chinese and North Korean nuclear envoys stepped up diplomatic efforts today (Sunday) aimed at opening a new round of six-party negotiations on Pyongyang's nuclear program.
In Beijing, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill briefed the chief Chinese negotiator, Deputy Foreign Minister Wu Dawei, on emerging plans for a new round of disarmament talks. The six-party talks bring together diplomats from North and South Korea, the United States, China, Japan and Russia.
In Moscow today, the Itar-Tass news agency quotes visiting North Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Kye-Kwan as saying his government intends to step up cooperation with Moscow to "achieve success" at new six-party talks. His comments followed a meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Losyukov.
North Korea boycotted the talks for more than a year, before returning to negotiations in December.
