예멘 법원이 국내 미국 시설과 미국인들에 대한 공격을 계획한 혐의로 기소된 19명에게 무죄를 선고했습니다.
법원은 8일 기소를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 충분한 증거를 찾을 수 없다며 이같이 판결했습니다.
다섯명의 사우디 아라비아인을 포함한 19명은 예멘내 미국인과 다른 서방 세계 출신 사람들에 대한 살해를 공모한 혐의로 기소됐었습니다.
예멘은 지난 2001년 9.11 테러 공격이후 미국의 테러와의 전쟁에 동참했습니다.

A Yemeni court has acquitted 19 men charged with planning attacks against U.S. interests in the country.
The court ruled today (Saturday) there was not enough evidence to support the charges.
The men, including five Saudis, were accused of plotting to kill Americans and other Westerners in Yemen.
Yemen joined the U.S.-led war on terrorism after the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States. The country has cracked down on al-Qaida-linked militants following attacks at home, including the bombing in 2000 of the U.S. warship Cole.
