하미드 라제 아세피 이란 외무부 대변인은 2일 주간 정례 브리핑에서, 이란 정부는 다음달 이전에는 계속 응답하지 않을 것이라고 말했습니다. 아세피 대변인은, 이란 최고 핵 협상 대표 알리 라리자니가 하비에르 솔라나 유럽 연합 외교 정책 대표와 5일 회동할 것이라고 말했습니다.

Iran has again rejected a deadline to respond to an international offer aimed at resolving a standoff over its controversial nuclear program.
The latest rejection today (Sunday) comes three days after Group of Eight foreign ministers gave Tehran one week to provide a "clear and substantive response" to a Western package of incentives aimed at persuading Iran to suspend uranium enrichment.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi told a weekly news conference today (Sunday) Tehran still would not respond before next month. He said Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, would meet European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana Wednesday.
Iranian officials have said they need more time to clarify what they call ambiguities in the proposal put forward by the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council and Germany.
