북한 공군사령부는,지난 6일과 8일, 그리고 11일에 외국 정찰기가 북한영해 상공을 지나갔다고 밝혔다고, 북한 관영 중앙통신이 11일, 보도했습니다. 북한공군은, 이같은 감시 비행은 “선제공격을 부르는 행위”라고 말했습니다.
미국정부는 이같은 북한측의 주장에 대해 아직까지 아무런 반응을 보이지않고 있습니다. 지난 1969년에는 북한이 미국 정찰기를 격추시켜, 탑승했던 31 명의 미군이 모두 숨진 바 있습니다.

North Korea says the United States has been conducting aerial spy missions against it. Pyongyang warns it will punish the U.S. if more take place.
In a statement broadcast by the government-run Korean Central News Agency today (Sunday), the North Korean Air Force Command says a foreign reconnaissance plane (RC-135) flew over its territorial waters last Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The air force says the alleged spying missions are - in the words of the command - "openly crying out for a pre-emptive attack."
Washington has yet to comment on the accusation, or say whether such flights took place.
North Korea shot down a U.S. spy plane in 1969, killing all 31 Americans aboard.
