미국 관계관들은 군벌들과 아무런 관련이 없다고 이같은 비난을 일축했습니다. 이에 앞서 13일, 소말리아 공보 장관은 일주일 전에 시작된 무력 충돌을 중지하도록 상쟁 민병대들에 대한 국제적인 압력을 호소했습니다.

Somalia's President Abdullah Yusuf Ahmed has warned his government ministers that representatives of armed groups involved in deadly clashes in the capital, Mogadishu, may be excluded from his Cabinet.
Somalia's transitional government includes members of the alliance of warlords, which is battling an Islamic militia for control of Mogadishu.
Mr. Abdullah has accused the warlord alliance of fighting with American support, an accusation that has fueled anti-American sentiment in Mogadishu. U.S. officials have declined to comment on any relationship with the warlords.
Somalia's Information Minister (Mohamed Abdi Hayir) appealed Saturday for international pressure on the warring militias to stop the clashes, which began a week ago.
