데비 대통령은 세계가 자신의 정부를 약화시키려는 수단의 노력을 막기 위한 조치를 취하지 않을 경우 차드에 살고 있는 약 20만명의 수단 난민들을 추방할 것이라고 위협했습니다.

Chad's president says his country is breaking diplomatic ties with Sudan, which he accuses of backing rebels who attacked the capital Thursday.
President Idriss Deby spoke at a rally today (Friday), one day after gunbattles in N'Djamena that a Chadian official (Territorial Management Minister Mahamat Ali Abdallah Nassour) says left 350 people dead.
Mr. Deby threatened to expel some 200-thousand Sudanese refugees living in Chad unless the world takes steps to stop what he calls Sudan's efforts to undermine his government.
