하지만, 국내 및 국제 여객기 운항은 정상적으로 이루어지고있으며, 공항 당국은 운항 취소는 없을 것으로 본다고 말했습니다.

Normal activity is at a standstill in Nepal on the first day of a general strike called by Maoist rebels to disrupt Wednesday's national elections.
Soldiers are patrolling the mostly empty streets as businesses, schools and most transportation services are closed today (Sunday), a working day in the mostly Hindu nation.
However, domestic and international flights operated normally and airport authorities said they did not expect any cancellations.
The rebels, who are fighting to replace Nepal's constitution monarchy with a communist state, have threatened to harm anyone who participates in the elections. More than 600 candidates have already dropped out.
