Separatist leaders from Indian Kashmir are visiting the Pakistani side of the divided area to discuss relief efforts for survivors of the devastating October 8th earthquake.
The three-member delegation is led by Umar Farooq of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference. He said the team will also meet with Pakistan's president and prime minister for talks on ongoing peace efforts between the two nations.
Meanwhile, officials in Pakistan's earthquake zone said relief flights were grounded because of heavy rain and snow.
