인도 당국은 3일 오후 차티스 가르주 비자푸르 구역에서 경찰관등 준 군사 병력을 태운 무장 차량에 대해 가해진 공격이 마오쩌둥 반군 주의자들의 소행이라고 비난하고 있습니다.
당국은 폭발에서 살아남은 세명의 군인들은 중태라고 말했습니다. 인도에서는 지난 30여년간 마오쩌둥 반군의 유혈 공격으로 수천명이 살해됐습니다.

The death toll in a land mine blast in central India has risen to 24, after another soldier succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities blame Maoist rebels for the attack on an armored vehicle carrying paramilitary soldiers late Saturday in Bijapur district in the state of Chhattisgarh. They say three other soldiers who survived the explosion are battling for their lives.
Thousands of people have been killed in Maoist rebel violence in India over the past three decades.
