중국 관영 신화 통신은 남부 구이조우성 줄린완 탄광에서 25일 저녁에 개스가 폭발했다며 사고 당시 21명의 광부가 지하에서 일하고 있었다고 보도했습니다.
2명의 광부는 아무런 부상 없이 탄광을 탈출했으며 다른 4명은 구조됐습니다.
중국 공안 당국은 현재 사고 원인을 조사하고 있으며 사고 후 도주한 광산 주인을 추적하고 있습니다.
중국의 광산은 세계에서 가장 위험한 곳으로 매년 화재와 홍수, 탄광 함몰 및 폭발 사고로 수 천명의 광부가 사망하고 있습니다.

Chinese officials say a gas explosion has ripped through a coal mine in southern China, killing 15 workers.
The official Xinhua news agency said today (Friday) that the blast occurred Thursday evening in the Zhulinwan Coal Mine in Guizhou province, when 21 miners were underground.
Two miners escaped unharmed and another four were rescued from the mine.
Police are investigating the cause of the explosion and are searching for the mine owner, who fled after the incident.
China's mines are the most dangerous in the world, with thousands of miners killed each year by fires, floods, cave-ins and explosions. Most of the deaths are attributed to lack of safety equipment and disregard of safety regulations.
