Vietnam has reported another death from bird flu, bringing the death toll over the past month to 11.
The latest victim, a 13-year-old girl from Dong Thap province, died Friday at a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. Her mother died of bird flu last week.
The girl's home province and that of a girl hospitalized with the bird flu virus have both reported infected poultry.
More than 30 people have died in Vietnam from bird flu since the end of 2003.
