이라크 당국은 28일 팔루자 도심 외곽에서 차량 폭탄 테러가 발생해 민간인 2명이 사망하고 4명 이상이 부상했다고 밝혔습니다.
앞서 27일에는 이라크에서 차량 폭탄 폭발 두 건이 발생해 25명 이상이 사망하고 여러 명이 부상했습니다.
이라크 경찰은 첫번째 폭탄은 바그다드 카디미야의 이슬람 시아파 지구 내 택시와 버스 정류장 인근에서 폭발해 최소 22명이 사망하고 50명 이상이 부상했다고 밝혔습니다.
두번째 사고는 바그다드 남부 무사입 시에서 발생해 차량 폭탄을 해체하려던 이라크 군인과 지역 경찰 두 명이 사망했다고, 경찰은 밝혔습니다.
한편, 27일 발표된 보고서에 따르면 올 들어 사망한 이라크 민간인 수는 8천명 이상으로, 지난 2006년과 2007년 4만8천여 명이 사망했던 데 비해 줄어든 것으로 나타났습니다.

Iraqi police say one explosion occurred near a taxi and bus station in Baghdad's mostly Shi'ite district of Kadhimiya, killing at least 22 people and wounding more than 50 others.
In a second explosion, police said an Iraqi soldier and two members of a local patrol were killed while trying to defuse a car bomb in the town of Musayyib, south of Baghdad.
A report released Saturday shows Iraqi civilian deaths totaled more than eight-thousand this year, a sharp drop from 2006 and 2007 when a total of more than 48-thousand civilians were killed.
