레바논의 회교 시아파 무장단체 헤즈볼라 지도자인 하싼 나스랄라는 헤즈볼라 최고사령관 이마드 무그니예 암살에 뒤이어 이스라엘과 “ 전면 전쟁”을 벌일 태세가 돼 있다고 밝혔습니다.
나스랄라는 14일, 레바논 수도 베이루트에서 헤즈볼라 지지자들에게 중계방송된 격렬한 연설에서 이같이 밝히고, 시온주의자들이 ‘ 전면 전쟁’을 원한다면 그렇게 되도록 하겠다고 말했습니다.
나스랄라는 지난 11일 밤 시리아 수도 다마스커스에서 차량폭탄공격으로 사망한 헤즈볼라 최고사령관 이마드 무그니예 장례식에서 그같은 내용의 조사를 했습니다.
미 국무부는 나스랄라의 위협이 매우 우려할만하다고 밝히고, 누구에게나 경각심을 불러일으킨다고 경고했습니다.
헤즈볼라와 최대 제휴세력인 이란은 이번 공격은 이스라엘의 작전이었다고 비난했습니다. 이스라엘은 이번 공격에 개입하지 않았다고 밝혔습니다.

The leader of the Shi'ite militant group Hezbollah says he is ready for "open war" on Israel, following the assassination of a top Hezbollah commander wanted for deadly attacks against Western and Israeli targets.
Hassan Nasrallah made his remarks in a fiery speech broadcast today (Thursday) to thousands of Hezbollah supporters in Lebanon's capital, Beirut. He said if the Zionists want open war, then let there be open war.
Nasrallah spoke at the funeral for Hezbollah commander Imad Mughniyeh, who was killed in a car bombing Tuesday in Syria's capital, Damascus.
The U.S. State Department said Nasrallah's threats are quite concerning and should be alarming to everyone.
Hezbollah and its top ally, Iran, accuse Israel of orchestrating the car bombing. Israel has denied involvement.
