이날 발표된 이같은 결정은 최종적인 것으로 항소가 불가능합니다. 후지모리 전 대통령측 변호인은 그가 이같은 대법원 판결을 받아들일 것이라고 말했습니다. 칠레는 페루와의 범인 인도조약에 따라 3개월 이내에 후지모리 전 대통령을 페루에 인도해야 합니다.
페루 검찰은 부패와 민병대에 의한 25명의 살해혐의와 관련헤 후지모리 전 대통령을 기소해 놓고 있습니다.
올해 69세의 후지모리 전 패루 대통령은 현재 칠레에서 가택연금돼 있습니다. 그의 정부가 붕괴된 후 후지모리 전 대통령은 2005년에 칠레에 들어오기 전까지 5년동안 모국인 일본에서 지냈습니다.
인권단체들은 후지모리 전 대통령의 강제송환 결정을 환영했습니다.

Chile's Supreme Court has ruled that former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori must be extradited to Peru to face human rights and corruption charges.
The decision announced Friday is final and cannot be appealed. The lawyer for Mr. Fujimori said the former president will accept the court's decision.
As part of its extradition treaty with Peru, Chile has three months to extradite Mr. Fujimori.
Prosecutors in Peru accuse the former president of corruption and sanctioning the killing of 25 people by paramilitary squads during his decade-long presidency, which ended in 2000.
The 69-year-old former leader is under house arrest in Chile. After his government collapsed, he spent five years in exile in his ancestral homeland of Japan before moving to Chile in 2005.
Human rights groups have hailed the decision to extradite Mr. Fujimori to face the charges against him.
