중국은 핵 테러와 핵 확산을 막기 위해 민간용과 군사용으로 사용될 수 있는 핵 제품의 수출에 대한 통제를 강화할 것이라고 밝혔습니다.
중국 관영 언론은 17일, 중국은 강력한 규제를 통해 구매자들이 국제 원자력기구 IAEA의 승인을 받지 못한 활동을 위해서 중국의 핵 제품과 기술을 이용하거나 복제하지 못하도록 막을 것이라고 보도했습니다.
새 규정은 또한 핵 기술이나 장비를 수출 합의에서 규정되지 않은 제3자에게 이전하는 것도 금지하고 있습니다.
중국의 원자바오 총리는 16일, 1998년에 제정된 과거의 규정을 대체하는 이같은 새 규정에 서명했습니다.

China says it will strengthen controls on the export of nuclear goods for both civilian and military use to help prevent nuclear terrorism and proliferation.
State media report today (Saturday) the stronger regulations forbid buyers from using or duplicating China's nuclear goods and technologies for activities not approved by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The new regulations also prohibit the transfer of nuclear technology or equipment to a third party not identified in the export agreement.
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao signed the regulation Friday, replacing a document dating from 1998. The previous regulations failed to address the reproduction of nuclear goods.
