북한에 필요한 중고 자전거와 자동차등을 적재한 화물선 한척이 16일 일본 항을 떠났다고 일본 관리들이 말했습니다.
이들 관리들은 캄보디아 국적의 화물선이 일본 남부 혼슈섬 사카이미나토항에서 출항해 북한 원산지방으로 향했다고 밝혔습니다.
당국은 문제의 화물선박은 북한 국적으로 등록된 선박이 아니기 때문에 일본정부의 대북한 무역 금지 규정에 위배되지 않는다고 밝혔습니다.
일본 정부는 북한의 미사일발사와 핵실험에 대한 대응조치로 지난해 북한국적 선박들의 입항을 금지하고 대부분의 교역을 중단하고 있습니다.

Japanese officials say a cargo ship carrying second-hand bicycles and vehicles for North Korea has left a Japanese port.
The officials say the Cambodian-registered ship departed from the port of Sakaiminato (in southern Honshu island) Tuesday, bound for North Korea's southeastern port of Wonsan.
Authorities say the cargo shipment does not violate Tokyo's trade embargo against Pyongyang because the ship is not registered in North Korea.
Tokyo closed its ports to North Korean-registered vessels last year and banned most trade with its neighbor in response to Pyongyang's missile and nuclear tests.
Japanese critics of the embargo have said it is insufficient, because it cannot prevent ships registered in third countries from transporting goods from Japan to North Korea.
