인도는 파키스탄군 정보 기관이 지난 7월 11일 , 186명의 목숨을 앗아간 뭄바이 열차 폭탄 테러를 계획했음을 보여주는 증거를 파키스탄에 넘길 것이라고 인도 외무장관이 말했습니다.
시브 샨카르 메논 인도 외무장관은 1일, 인도는 파키스탄 정보국이 공격을 계획했고, 파키스탄에 거점을 두고 있는 과격 단체 라쉬카르 에 타이바가 폭탄 설치를 도왔다는 증거를 가지고 있다고 말했습니다. 뭄바이 경찰 청장은 30일 기자회견에서 그 같은 주장을 처음 제기했습니다.
파키스탄은 즉각 이를 부인하고,그 같은 주장은 근거 없는 무책임한 것이라고 반발했습니다. 파키스탄 정보 차관은 인도에 파기스탄에 그 같은 주장을 뒷받침할 증거를 제시할 것을 요구했습니다.
뭄바이 경찰 청장은 폭탄 공격에 이용된 폭발물들이 파키스탄제라는 것이 발견됐고, 폭탄 공격을 자행한 테러범들 역시 파키스탄에서 훈련을 받았다고 말했습니다.

India's foreign secretary says New Delhi will turn over evidence to Islamabad showing that Pakistan's military intelligence agency planned the July 11th train bombings in Mumbai that killed 186 people.
Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon said today (Sunday) that India has evidence that the Inter-Services Intelligence Agency plotted the attacks and Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba helped plant the bombs.
Mumbai's police chief (A.N. Roy) first made the allegations at a news conference Saturday.
Pakistan immediately denied the accusations, calling them baseless and irresponsible. Its deputy information minister (Tariq Azim) demanded that India provide Islamabad with any evidence it has.
Roy said the explosives used in the blasts were found to have come from Pakistan and that the operatives who carried out the bombings were also trained in that country.
