이란의 핵 협상 수석 대표인 알리 라리자니 최고 국가 안보 위원회 사무 총장은, 민감한 핵 연료 작업을 이란 밖에서 수행하라는 러시아의 제안은 이란의 에너지 수요에 불충분한 것이라고 말했습니다.
라리자니 수석 대표는 27일 테헤란에서 기자들에게 러시아측 제안은 일괄 계획의 일환으로 고려할수있을 뿐 그 자체만으로는 불충분하다고 말했습니다.
긴밀히 감시될수 있는 러시아내 시설에서 이란이 우라늄을 농축하도록하자는 모스크바측 제안은 테헤란의 핵 야욕을 둘러싸고 고조되고 있는 위기에서 벗어날수 있는 한가지 방편으로 여겨지고 있습니다. 이 안은 미국과 중국, 유럽 연합의 지지를 받고 있습니다.

Iran's chief nuclear negotiator says Russia's proposal to carry out sensitive nuclear fuel work outside Iran is not sufficient for the Islamic country's energy needs. Ali Larijani, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, told reporters today (Friday in Tehran) the plan can be considered as part of a package, but that alone it is insufficient. Moscow's idea to have Iran enrich uranium in facilities in Russia where the work can be closely monitored is seen as a way out of a growing crisis over Tehran's nuclear ambitions. It has been backed by the United States, China and the European Union. Iran has shifted its views of the plan, prompting some western diplomats to accuse Tehran of trying to buy time and avoid being referred to the U.N. Security Council.
