여러개의 국제 금융 기관들이 두 곳의 중국 은행 지분을 확보하기 위해 수 십억 달러의 투자를 준비하고 있습니다.
영국의 스코트랜드 왕립 은행 (RBS)은 중국 은행의 지분 10 퍼센트를 31억달러에 인수할 방침이라고 밝혔습니다.
영국에서 두번째로 규모가 큰 RBS는 전체 투자 금액 가운데 절반 수준을 인수에 투자했습니다. RBS는 그러나 이번 인수에 참여한 다른 투자 기관의 이름을 공개하지 않았습니다.
중국 관연 언론은 싱가포르의 DBS와 독일의 도이체 뱅크가 중국 관둥 개발 은행의 지분을 백 억 달러에 매입할 것이라고 보도했습니다.
중국내 두 은행에 대한 지분 인수 협상은 올해 안에 완료될 것으로 예상되고 있습니다.

Several international financial institutions are apparently ready to sink billions of dollars into two Chinese banks.
The Royal Bank of Scotland says it is taking the lead in a three-point-one billion dollar deal to buy 10-percent of the Bank of China.
R-B-S, Britain's second largest bank, will contribute roughly half of the total amount. The announcement did not name the other partners in the proposed deal.
State-controlled media in China report Singapore's D-B-S and Germany's Deutsche Bank will buy some 10 billion shares in the Guangdong Development Bank, for just under two-point-two billion dollars.
The China Daily quotes Guangdong bank officials as saying the stock purchase will not give foreign investors a controlling stake.
Both deals are expected to be completed before the end of this year.
