If you are “sick and tired of something”, you are bored, annoyed or angry because you have done it too many times or something unpleasant has been happening for too long. To be sick and tired of 는 ‘무언가에 싫증나다', '진절머리가 나다', 또는 '지긋지긋하다'는 뜻입니다. 더 이상 대하기 싫을 만큼 몹시 싫증이 나는 걸 '물리다'라고 하기도 하죠.

In today’s conversation Alice tells me that she is sick and tired of pizza because she eats it almost everyday.
