국방부는 북한측과 언제든 회담할 준비가 돼 있다고 덧붙였습니다.
어제 북한의 노동신문은 한국의 이명박 대통령을 역도라고 부르며 이 대통령의 친미 정책을 비난했습니다.

South Korea is urging North Korea to stop remarks that have increased tensions between the peninsular rivals, including Pyongyang's direct insults of the new conservative government in Seoul.
South Korea's Defense Ministry made the request today (Wednesday) in a message to Lieutenant-General Kim Yong-chol, the North's chief representative to inter-Korean military talks. The message called on Pyongyang to end its "slander" and its efforts to foster tension on the Korean peninsula.
The ministry says Seoul is always ready to hold talks with North Korea.
On Tuesday, an editorial in North Korean state media called South Korean President Lee Myung-bak a "traitor," and blasted Mr. Lee's strong ties to the United States.
