페샤와르 시 서북부의 한 마을에서도 경찰 학교에 가해진 차량폭탄 공격으로 7명이 숨졌습니다.
세 번째 공격은 아프가니스탄과의 접경 지역인 코하트의 육군 사원에서 발생했으며, 테러범이 자폭하면서 최소한 15명이 숨졌습니다.
한편 페르베즈 무샤라프 파키스탄 대통령은 급진 세력의 테러에 함께 맞설 것을 촉구했습니다.
파키스탄에서는 지난주 정부군이 이슬라마바드의 레드 모스크를 급습했으며, 이후 발생한 폭력사태로 160명 이상이 숨졌습니다. 과격주의자들은 정부의 급습으로 숨진 75명의 지지자와 고위 성직자들에 대해 복수하겠다고 위협해왔습니다.

President Pervez Musharraf is calling for unity against the rising number of extremist attacks. He blamed the violence on a few elements intent on killing fellow Muslims.
More than 160 people have died in militant attacks since the government raided the Red Mosque in Islamabad last week. Militants have threatened to avenge the deaths of 75 mosque supporters and a top cleric.
