일본의 한 법원은 고이즈미 준이치로 일본 총리의 야스쿠니 신사 참배에 대한 한 소송을 기각했습니다. 일본 다카마추 고등법원은 5일 고이즈미 총리의 야스쿠니 신사 참배를 막아달라는 소송을 기각했습니다.
이 같은 판결은 또 다른 법원이 고이즈미 총리의 신사 참배가 위헌이라고 판결한 지 일주일도 안돼서 나왔습니다.
오사카 고등법원은 고이즈미 총리의 야스쿠니 신사 참배가 공적인 행동이기 때문에 정교 분리를 규정한 일본 헌법에 위배된다고 판시했습니다.
야스쿠니 신사는 일본의 전범들을 포함한 전몰장병들의 위패를 봉안하고 있습니다.

A Japanese court has thrown out a lawsuit over Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's visits to a controversial war shrine.
The Takamatsu High Court in western Japan today (Wednesday) dismissed a suit seeking damages over Mr. Koizumi's visits to the Shrine.
The dismissal comes less than one week after another court ruled that the prime minister's visits were unconstitutional.
The Osaka High Court ruled that Mr. Koizumi's worship at the Yasukuni shrine was a public act, and therefore violated the constitutional separation of state and religion.
The Yasukuni Shrine honors Japan's war dead, including convicted war criminals.
