인도 동부에서 공산반군의 소행으로 의심되는 폭탄 테러가 발생해 경찰 5명이 숨졌다고 인도 당국이 밝혔습니다.
당국은 경찰관들이 차티스가르주의 바스타르 구역에 있는 교량을 지나는 순간 반군들이 폭탄을 터뜨렸다고 밝혔습니다. 차티스가르주는 지방 선거가 실시되고 있는 여섯 개 지역 중 하나입니다.
인도 동부에서 활동하는 공산반군은 유권자들의 선거 참여를 막기 위해 수 차례의 공격을 감행했습니다.
이달 초에도 차티스가르주에서는 두 차례의 지뢰 폭발로 경찰 한 명이 숨지고 4명이 다쳤습니다.

Officials say the rebels triggered the blast as the policemen crossed bridge in the Bastar district of Chhattisgarh state.
