이란 외무부는 27개 회원국을 가진 유럽연합이 어제 이란에 대한 추가 제재조치를 승인한데 대해 이같이 밝혔습니다.
유럽연합 관리들은 어제 룩셈브루크 회의에서 유럽연합의 관할아래 있는 이란 멜리은행의 모든 자산을 동결하겠다고 밝혔습니다. 유럽연합 회원국들은 이란의 핵개발 계획에 연루된 이란인들의 유럽 여행도 금지한다는 방침입니다.

Iran says new sanctions imposed by the European
Union will not affect Tehran's nuclear program.
Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini made the comment today
(Tuesday), a day after the 27-nation bloc approved the sanctions.
EU officials, who met in Luxembourg Monday, said the bloc will freeze all
assets of Iran's Bank Melli that are under EU jurisdiction. EU members will
also ban some Iranians involved in Iran's nuclear program from traveling in
Europe.
EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana went to Tehran last week to offer Iran
economic and trade incentives in return for the country to suspending uranium
enrichment.
Iran has said it is willing to negotiate details of the incentives package, but
has refused to stop enriching uranium.
