국제원자력기구 IAEA가 최근 보고서에서 이란을 비판한데 따라 이란이 IAEA와의 협력을 제한할 수 있다고 경고하고 나섰습니다.
IAEA는 지난 달 26일 발표한 보고서에서 이란은 자국이 핵무기 제조를 추진하고 있다는 서방국가들의 주장들을 반박할 만한 충분한 증거를 제시하지 않았다고 지적했습니다.
이란 외무부의 모하마드 알리 호세이니 대변인은 오늘 (1일) 성명을 통해, 이란이 “보다 나은 보고서”를 기대했었다며 앞으로 IAEA와 협력하는데 있어서 새로운 제한을 두어야할 수 있다고 말했습니다.

Iran says it could limit its cooperation with the U.N.'s nuclear watchdog after the agency's latest report was critical of Tehran. The International Atomic Energy Agency report (issued last Monday) says Iran has not provided enough evidence to refute Western accusations that it is trying to make nuclear weapons.
In a statement today (Sunday) Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini says Iran had expected - in his words - a "better report" from the IAEA, saying Iran may have to set new limits to its cooperation with the agency.
Iran's new parliament speaker Ali Larijani - who was formally installed today - gave a similar warning last Wednesday. He called the IAEA report deceptive and ambiguous, and warned parliament could limit Tehran's work with the U.N. agency.
