푸틴 대통령은 이날 국영 TV를 통해 방영된 선거 방송에 출연해 통합러시아당에 대한 지지를 호소했습니다.
이에대해 러시아 국내외 비판자들은 통합러시아당의 압도적인 지지를 위해 정부가 선거를 조작하려하고 있다고 비난하고 있습니다.
이런가운데 푸틴 대통령은 28일 외국의 러시아 내정 간섭을 경고했습니다. 푸틴 대통령은 3일 후에 치러지는 선거가 공정한 선거가 될 것이라고 강조했습니다.

Mr. Putin asked for support for the United Russia Party in a nationally televised address today (Thursday).
Foreign and domestic critics accuse the Kremlin of manipulating the election to ensure an overwhelming victory for the United Russia Party.
On Wednesday, Mr. Putin warned foreign states against meddling in Russia's internal affairs. He added that his administration has done everything to rid Russia of internal turmoil.
Russian police have broken up opposition rallies and arrested major opposition leaders, including former world chess champion and possible presidential candidate Garry Kasparov.
But Mr. Putin insists Sunday's vote will be open and honest.
