이 보고서는, 어린이들이 학교에 취학하지 못하고, 식수도 전기도 없는 천막과 회교 사원과 교회와 버려진 정부청사에 임시 수용돼 있다고 말했습니다.
또 다른 폭력으로, 5일 동부 바그다드에서 길가폭탄이 터져 한 명이 숨지고 최소 3명이 다쳤습니다. 서부 바그다드의 카드라 시의원 한 명이 무장세력의 저격을 받고 암살됐다고, 당국이 밝혔습니다.

The Iraqi Red Crescent says nearly two-point-three million Iraqis -- mostly women and children -- have fled their homes in Iraq and remain displaced within the country.
In a report today (Monday), the Iraqi Red Crescent said the majority of the displaced suffer from disease, poverty and malnutrition. It says most of the displaced are in Baghdad.
It says children do not attend schools and are being sheltered in tents, mosques, churches, in abandonded government buildings with no water or electricity, or with relatives.
In violence today, a roadside bomb in eastern Baghdad killed one person and wounded at least three others. In western Baghdad, authorities say assailants shot and killed a member of the Khadra neighborhood council.
Separately, the U.S. military says coalition forces killed five terrorists and detained 30 suspects in operations today targeting al-Qaeda networks in central and northern Iraq.
