한편 중국과 러시아 전문가들은 평양으로 돌아온 후 기자들의 질문에 답변하지 않았습니다. 전문가 팀은 오늘(14일) 북한 관리들과 만날 예정입니다.
미국과 중국, 한국, 러시아, 일본은 북한이 모든 핵 프로그램을 공개하고 불능화하면, 그 대가로 에너지 지원과 더불어 관계 정상화 등 정치적 보상을 주기로 했습니다.
북한은 지난해 핵 실험을 실시했지만, 올 해 비핵화 과정의 첫 단계로 영변 핵 시설을 폐쇄했습니다.

U.S., Chinese and Russian experts have returned to the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, after visiting that country's main nuclear complex.
The head of the U.S. delegation, State Department official Sung Kim, expressed satisfaction today (Thursday) with the trip, and he confirmed that experts visited North Korea's three main nuclear facilities at Yongbyon.
The foreign experts traveled to Yongbyon to help advance negotiations over North Korea's nuclear weapons and to help negotiators decide the best way to dismantle Pyongyang's nuclear facilities.
Experts from Russia and China did not respond to questions from reporters after returning to Pyongyang. The group is scheduled to meet with North Korean officials on Friday.
China, South Korea, Japan, Russia and the United States have offered North Korea fuel aid and political concessions if the reclusive state fully accounts for and disables its nuclear programs.
North Korea tested a nuclear weapon last year, but it sealed the Yongbyon nuclear complex this year as part of the disarmament process.
