그루지아 내무부 대변인은 고리 지역의 트시테루바니 마을 인근에 6일 저녁에 정밀 유도 지대공 미사일이 떨어졌다고 말하고, 그러나 폭발하지는 않았다고 덧붙였습니다.
이 대변인은 전문가들이 미사일을 조사하고 있다고 말했습니다.
그러나 러시아는 이같은 그루지아의 주장을 부인했습니다.
지난 1991년에 구 소련이 붕괴된 이후, 러시아와 그루지아의 관계는 긴장된 상태를 유지하고 있습니다.
The former Soviet republic of Georgia is alleging that two Russian fighter jets have violated its airspace and fired a missile on a residential area.
A Georgian interior ministry spokesman (Shota Utiashvili) says the precision-guided, surface-to-air missile fell near the village of Tsitelubani, in the Gori region, Monday evening, but it did not explode. He says experts are examining the device.
Russia denies the report.
Relations between Russia and Georgia have been tense since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.
Georgia accuses Russia of backing separatists in Georgia's breakaway regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia. And Russia objects to Georgia's efforts to join NATO.
Last year, Russia blocked trade, transportation and mail to Georgia after the Tbilsi government accused four Russian army officers of spying.
