중국은 자국의 석유회사가 이란과 맺은 투자협정에 관해 미국이 우려를 나타낸데 대해 비난했습니다.
류젠차오 중국 외교부 대변인은 중국은 이란과 경제적 관계를 구축할 전적인 권리가 있다며 미국은 양국의 이같은 관계에 간여할 권리가 없다고 주장했습니다.
류 대변인은 중국이 이란의 유전에 투자하려는 계획은 양국간 정상관계와 협력관계의 일부분이라고 말했습니다.

China has criticized the United States for expressing concern about a business deal between its state-owned oil company and Iran.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao says China has every right to do business with Iran and that Washington has no right to comment on the two countries' dealings.
Liu called China's plans to invest in an Iranian oil field part of its normal ties and cooperation with Iran. The deal, however, comes as Tehran continues to defy demands from the United Nations over its nuclear program.
Washington believes the planned investment sends Iran the wrong signal. U.S. and European Union officials fear Tehran is aiming to produce nuclear weapons and want other countries to end big business deals with the country.
Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful.
