목격자들은 가자지구 남부의 칸유니스에서 3일 차를 타고 가던 파타당 소속 보안요원들이 무장괴한들의 매복공격을 받아 보안요원 3명이 사망했다고 전했습니다.
마흐무드 압바스 팔레스타인 자치정부 수반이 이끄는 파타당 관리들은 이번 공격이 하마스의 소행이라고 주장하고 있습니다.
앞서, 무장괴한들이 파타당 무장요원 1명을 살해한데 이어 하마스와 파타당 소속 무장요원들이 가자지구 북부에서 충돌했다고 목격자들은 전했습니다.
병원 관계자들은 이날 발생한 충돌로 21세의 여성 1명이 사망하고 적어도 9명이 부상했다고 밝혔습니다.
가자지구에서는 양측이 지난달 휴전하기로 합의했음에도 불구하고 폭력사태가 끊이지 않고 있습니다.

Fighting has broken out between rival Palestinian factions in the Gaza Strip, killing five people and threatening a Gaza ceasefire.
Witnesses say three officers of a Fatah security force were killed when gunmen ambushed their car in (the southern Gaza town of) Khan Younis. Officials from Fatah, loyal to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, have blamed the ruling Hamas group for the attack.
Earlier, witnesses said militants from Hamas and Fatah clashed in northern Gaza after gunmen killed a Fatah militant.
Hospital officials say a 21-year-old woman was killed in the crossfire. At least nine other people were wounded.
The violence comes despite the December ceasefire between Palestinian factions in Gaza.
It comes as security forces continue to search for a news photographer kidnapped on Monday in Gaza City. Both Fatah and Hamas are calling for Jaime Razuri's release.
