룰라 대통령이 과반수 지지를 얻어 압도적인 승리를 거둘지는 확실치 않습니다. 과반수 확보에 실패할 경우, 오는 10월 29일 결선투표가 실시됩니다.

Brazilians are voting today (Sunday) in a presidential election in which incumbent Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva hopes to win a second term.
Polls released just before the vote put the president in the lead with around 50 percent support, and his closest challenger, Sao Paulo Governor Geraldo Alckmin, in the high 30s.
It is unclear if President Lula will be able to win a majority for an outright victory. If needed, a second round of voting would be held October 29th.
