검찰은 특히 민간과 정부 자금이, 의혹이 불거진 황교수의 연구에 어떻게 쓰여졌는지, 그리고 2005년 논문 조작과 줄기 세포 바꿔 치기 개입 여부등에 대한 사실 관계를 집중 추궁하고 있습니다.
황 교수는 작년말 서울대 조사팀이 줄기 세포에 관한 그의 논문 2개가 모두 조작됐다고 최종 발표한 이후 처음으로 2일 검찰에 소환됐습니다.

South Korean prosecutors have begun questioning disgraced stem cell scientist Hwang Woo-Suk in their investigation of how private and government funds were used in his discredited research.
Hwang refused to answer reporters' questions today (Thursday) as he walked into the prosecutor's office in Seoul.
It is the first time Hwang is being questioned by prosecutors since investigators concluded late last year that his two papers on stem cell research were falsified.
