아프가니스탄 관리들은 이란과 이라크에서 넘어 오는 무장세력들이 아프가니스탄에서 저항세력에 합류하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.
이같은 주장은 아프간 당국이 이란에서 넘어왔다고 주장하는 테러 용의자들을 생포한지 며칠만에 나왔습니다.
아프가니스탄 내무부 대변인은 2일, 이번 주초에 아프가니스탄으로 잠입한 이들 테러용의자의 생포를 확인했습니다. 이 대변인은 그중의 한명은 이라크 인이고, 또 다른 한명은 이란 인, 그리고 2명은 카시미르 인이었다고 밝혔습니다.
대변인은 이들이 모두 아프가니스탄내 테러조직들과 연계돼 있었다고 밝히고, 현재 조사가 진행중이라고 말했습니다.

Afghan officials say militants from Iran and Iraq are now joining the insurgency in Afghanistan.
The claim comes a day after Afghan authorities captured several suspected terrorists who allegedly entered the country from neighboring Iran.
Afghanistan's Interior Ministry spokesman Yousuf Stanezai today (Thursday) confirmed the arrests took place earlier this week. He said one man was Iraqi, one was Iranian and two were Kashmiri.
Stanezai says all of the men had ties with terrorist groups in Afghanistan. He added that an official investigation is underway.
Attacks by militants have increased in Afghanistan in recent months, primarily in southern and eastern regions where U.S.-led coalition forces are hunting remnants of the Taleban and al-Qaida fighters.
